Adult Apprenticeship in Customer Service
This is suitable for people who have a job that deals with customers. That could be over the phone or face-to-face in a broad range of businesses.
All your training will take place in the workplace. You'll have one-to-one meetings with your trainer and demonstrate putting the things you've learnt into practice.
You'll learn all about good customer service and once you've finished your apprenticeship, and received your NVQ Level 2 Award, you might want to think about training for your NVQ Level 3.
