***Exciting Business Administration Apprenticeship available in Leeds***

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a well established letting agents based in Leeds. They like to be different from other letting agents by giving their customers the edge. They provide their clients with a fast, professional and personal service and have hundreds of properties to let around Leeds. They are looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice who will posses excellent IT skills.

For the right candidate, some of your daily duties will include the following:

·        Recording rental payments from tenants

·        Entering data into the Company computer system/Lettings databases

·        Obtaining quotes/chasing outstanding repairs and dealing with contractors

·        Chasing outstanding rents by text message, letter, telephone

·        Dealing with landlord & tenant queries

·        Booking viewing

·        Responding to complaints/general enquires

·        Answering the telephone

·        Obtaining updates on tenants housing benefits claims from LCC

·        Preparing tenancy agreements

·        Ensuring certificates are up to date

·        Ensuring tenants have completed application forms correctly/obtaining landlord references

·        Also carrying out other duties as required
