How do I register?
That’s easy. Just call one of the team on 0800 62 26 536 and we’ll arrange a get together, where we can look at your options and opportunities.

How long will it take to qualify?
Train to Gain courses take around 6 months, Apprenticeships 12 months and Advanced Apprenticeships 24 months. You can get there quicker if you want to up the pace. Just talk to your advisor and we can put a plan together.

Do I need any qualifications?
Before we can answer that question we’d need to know what course you want to enroll on. The good news is that you don’t need any qualifications for most of our Apprenticeship schemes. Get in touch and we’ll talk about it.

Will I have my own tutor?
You sure will. You’ll have your very own Learning Adviser. Together you’ll build a portfolio of skills and achieve a qualification.

Is it distance learning or day release at a college?
Nope. Nearly all of your learning will happen in the workplace.

Is it work based learning?
It is. You’ll be fully supported by our tutors and assessed in your place of work.

Do I have to take exams at the end of the course?
In most cases, there aren’t any final exams but that depends on the course. You may need to take some tests before you start but it’s nothing to worry about and will be held in one of our training centres.

Can I afford it?
You better believe it. Most of our training courses are funded by the government so it won’t cost you a penny.

How will I know which course to choose?
It’s not always easy knowing which direction you want to take your life. That’s where our Learning Advisers come in. They’ll guide you through your training and assessment and together you'll complete a Personal Learning Plan.

What if I don’t complete the course?
No one is going to give you any hassle if you decide the course isn’t for you. The down side is that you won’t qualify, which means you won’t get a certificate, which means you’ll find it harder to get a job.

Why train?
For lots of reasons. Here’s a few of them:

  • You get a nationally recognised qualification
  • You can apply what your new skills straight away
  • You take your qualification with you. Wherever you go
  • You can learn in a way that suits you and your lifestyle
  • It costs nothing and you get paid while you train
  • You’ll be better at your job and stand a better chance of promotion
  • People will want to pay you more if you’ve got the right skills
