Get Ready for Work

This 12-week course is all about 16 - 18 year olds finding out what they want to do. They get a taste of different careers so they can make a more informed choice about those they apply for or get more training in. At the same time, they gain qualifications to help them further.

Foundation Learning

Our courses give 16-19 year olds the chance to gain real qualifications and experience, so they have the skills and the confidence to go out into the workplace.

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships come in all shapes and sizes. Employees between 16 and 24 can develop their skills and gain NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in the workplace - great for them and your business.

There are also apprenticeships for unemployed people aged 16 - 18. As well as training with us, they gain real life work experience - something businesses find just as valuable as our trainees.

Adult Apprenticeships

We offer courses for all your existing employees who are aged 19 and over. Courses are designed to develop their skills and lead to NVQ Level 2 qualifications - all of which means your company will benefit.
Training is delivered on the job so employees never leave the workplace and it's all arranged at times to suit you.
